Premises Liability

When those who own or control property fail to address dangerous conditions (i.e., loose carpet, icy stairs, cracked sidewalk, slippery floor, a hole, a malfunctioning light, etc.) on their property, those unaddressed dangerous conditions can cause very serious injuries.  Injured parties have a right to bring a case against negligent landowners for medical expenses, pain and suffering, and other damanges.  These cases are commonly referred to as premises liability cases.

If you or a loved one have been injured as a result of a property owner's negligence, Johnston Law PC can help you succesfully present your case and receive compensation for the damages caused by the negligence.
