What To Do After an Accident??

  • Call the Police and cooperate in the preparation of the accident report;

  • Take pictures / videos of the scene of the accident and the vehicles involved;

  • Take pictures / videos of all of the passengers of your vehicle just in case the police office excludes somebody from the report;

  • If a witness is willing to talk to you about the accident, ask if you can get their contact information and take a video of them explaining what they witnessed just incase they police office excludes them from the report;

  • If you believe you might be injured, report this to the police office and request medical treatment;

  • If you were not transported to the hospital immediately after the accident, but you believe you might be injured, go to the emergency room or to your primary care physician ASAP following the accident;
